Mad Tea Party Madness

A free annual event hosted by ASI B.E.A.T has created an Alice and Wonderland tea party inspired night for students to come out to unwind and have some fun before studying hard for finals week. This is one of the last projects I worked on at ASI before I graduate. The designer is responsible for the project from sketch to production. I started with making thumbnails with color pallets for the client to choose from. After the client approves the rough and final drafts, the process continues towards Internal Review where writers, designers, and the creative director approves the drafts before sending to final print. This project required multiple print sizes and digital signage, one Instagram post, as well as printed slips for the prize wheel. All these posters were printed in-house.

The White Rabbit

In addition to the marketing, the B.E.A.T team asked me to design a t-shirt and hoodie that would complement the poster design. A couple weeks before the night, they organized an Instagram contest to market to the students. They achieved this by hiding a plush white rabbit around the BSC building so students may find the rabbit to return for a prize. The team would post a story on Instagram of clues of the hidden spot.

Silk screen printed t-shirt and hoodies were given out before and during the night of the event as a free promotional item.  I created the vectored artwork on Adobe Illustrator and format print-ready files to the manufacture.
